Data and privacy

This is an early pilot product. Use synthetic customers and dedicated test systems only. Do not upload patient information, real customer records, passwords, or payment details.

Compatibility inquiries

When you submit the pilot brief, its agency name, work email, platform, workflow, test setup, approver and channel are sent to Tapewall's Supabase database for compatibility review. Only submissions are accepted through the public form; the form cannot read other inquiries. Downloading a copy saves it on your device. If you choose email instead, its contents go through your email provider. Contact hello@tapewall.app to request deletion of an inquiry. Do not include secrets or real customer records.

What the private workspace stores

Client facts, scenarios, agent configuration, test transcripts, calendar evidence, results, review notes, and usage reservations are stored in the hosted database. Sample records are labeled. The application scopes records to the signed-in workspace and enforces roles on the server.

External services

A live run sends the approved scenario and synthetic customer details to the configured test agent and reads the designated calendar provider. Credentials are stored as server environment secrets, not in the browser or fact registry. No external calls occur in the sample environment.

Retention and deletion

Automated retention controls are not yet enabled. Before onboarding a real agency, agree on retention, deletion, the data processing terms, and the authorized operator. Audio collection is not enabled in this release.

Access

This marketing site is public. The testing app remains owner-private while customer onboarding, access policies and external callback security are being completed. This page describes the current implementation and is not a claim of regulatory certification.
