What we need from your agency

  1. A cloned booking agent and permission from its owner to test it.
  2. A dedicated test calendar, synthetic customers and approved business facts.
  3. A test endpoint or number, explicit action and recording permissions, and usage limits.
  4. An engineer for setup and a person authorized to approve the pilot scope.

Do not paste credentials or real customer information into this brief. Exchange scoped credentials through an agreed secure channel after compatibility review.
